...we needed to stabilize a new world, and in order to do that, we needed a leader. The world we had before this ended up growing way too unstable and fell apart. It's why we're rebuilding from the ground up.
It's okay. It's all kind of confusing, isn't it? We have a lot of things that've happened to us and have happened in this game...information gets scrambled a lot.
[There's a thoughtful noise though.] I think...we're going to try our best. Once the ruling's in place and we know who the head of the pantheon is, we'll fall into rank and start working to create the world as we want it. Depending on who's leading, I imagine we'll have different people in higher positions. So, let's say, Ambition won. She'd probably have Cunning and Disorder as her right and left hand. But if Merriment won he'd probably take Piety and maybe one of the others. It's maybe idealistic but I want to think after everything people will abide by the rules of the contest and we can actually start running the world instead of letting it shatter.
...and then we'll have to find people to inhabit it. What's the point of a world if it can't be for people to live there?
…Beauty, believe it or not. He has enough business sense to know what to do, but he knows how to listen to people's ideas and wishes. Piety would be a good choice. And if she'd accept, Ambition. Those would be my top three choices.
The most important thing a ruler can do is listen to the people, right? So that's what we would do. If we had a council we could work with and a hierarchy already decided, I'd hope that solving problems would be faster and easier. Cunning actually has a good idea about wanting to listen to everyone's prayers and decide from there. Making sure people aren't ignored.
And then it'd become about weighing the options and compromising if we had to.

... Did... did the previous world have any life left on it...?

That's good! Sorry, I just didn't understand what you were saying.

... Hey, Love? What do you think you'll all do after the world is made?

[ ... for the people, huh? ]
And, how do you think you'd... manage the population? How would you all rule them?
