[In Guy's panic, Justice comes rushing out in a flash, practically tripping over himself. Since he's already shown Guy what he looks like, when he stumbles out of his hidden room, he doesn't even bother putting on his embellishments.]
[Justice jolts, but sensing that this is important, gets right to the point.]
Someone else already asked me if I could do that, too. I told them I couldn't break the rule completely or pardon specific people--but I could exempt an area. I'm not announcing it, since it's only for a short period of time, but if you go and talk in the Private Study, you won't get any kind of punishment.
[And he feels like he owes the kid an explanation, but with the rule still in play... SWEATS...]
What happened with Fortune this week... That shouldn't have to happen again. If it can't be helped, that's different. But if we can do something to help the rest of you not turn into pawns, then we should at least try.
I don't know how much I can do in such a short time. But I think it will be a little easier this way.
I hope maybe someday I can be more friendly with all of them, but right now, I usually only talk to Piety and Merriment. They're both really nice to me.
We were. He was a pretty important person. Always really hard on himself, but doing whatever he could to try to stay a neutral party and advocate for closure and peace. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the mantle he had to take around here because of that.
...
He... hasn't been alive for a while. I'm not sure how he made it here.
[Justice is quiet for a long time, afterward, seeming to mull over the last statement.]
I think...a lot of us...we came here when something really bad happened to us. When we had some sort of intense thought or feeling...because of whatever it was. Maybe it's not bad for everyone, but I know it was for me, so if he was dying...
WEEK 3 (POST TRIAL)
W-What is it? What's wrong?

Sorry, Justice... I know this is going to seem out of the blue.
But I need to know what to do to lift one of this week's rules. Even if it's just for a few hours.

[He just wishes he could do more, that's all.]
I definitely...I don't want to die. And I don't want my friends to die, either. So, so, anything that you all can do, it would mean a lot.

Was Piety the one who taught you about fontech, Justice?

Don't tell anyone, alright? But Piety is someone I know from home.
That's why he knew the same things I did.
